• Daily assessment for baby and observe any new complain at home.

• Monitor vital signs (pulse rate – respiratory rate – temperature).

• Assistance with breast and formula feeding.

• Follow up baby weight and baby growth.

• Care about baby hygiene (bathing - trim nails - change dressing - Diaper change - Skin care).

• Administration of oxygen therapy and nebulization (if need).

• Assistance with baby’s vaccination schedule.

• Umbilical cord handling for newborns.

• Care about special child need.
